What are the minimum production requirements?
Here is the minimum criteria to be a TOP AGENT (team) and be interviewed for Success Calls:
- Closed 100 homes or more last year, or
- Sold $20 million or more in sales last year, or
- Earned $500,000 or more in gross commission income last year.
Here is the minimum criteria to be a SOLO AGENT (only one production agent) and be interviewed for Solo Agent World:
- Closed 20 homes or more last year, or
- Sold $10 million or more in sales last year, or
- Earned $200,000 or more in gross commission income last year.
